• Recordings of user interactions within the app, such as screen views, taps, scrolls, and navigation patterns.

To protect your privacy, we have configured the session replay feature to automatically mask all text input fields, images, and vector graphics displayed within the app. No personally identifiable information is intentionally collected through this service unless it is directly related to the error context or non-masked user interactions.

3. AI and Transcription Services

Our Service uses third-party AI and transcription APIs to provide key features:

• Audio Transcription: We convert your voice recordings to text using Deepgram API.
• AI Analysis: We analyze transcriptions using OpenAI or Google Gemini API to generate summaries, action items, and other insights.

When you use these features:

• Your audio recordings are sent to Deepgram for transcription
• Transcription text may be processed by OpenAI or Google Gemini to generate insights
• We implement security measures to protect your data during transmission and processing
• All data processing occurs within India in compliance with local data localization requirements
• We contractually require our service providers to maintain appropriate security and confidentiality of your data

4. Data Storage

We use Cloudflare for securely storing your voice recordings and data. Your data is:

• Encrypted during transmission and at rest
• Stored on servers located in India to comply with local data localization requirements
• Associated with your Apple ID
• Not used for advertising purposes

5. How We Use Your Information

We may use the information we collect for various purposes, including to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our voice recording and transcription Service
• Process and complete transactions
• Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages
• Respond to your comments, questions, and requests
• Develop new features for voice recording and processing
• Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our Service
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities

6. In-App Purchases and Subscription Data

Our app offers premium features through in-app purchases processed by Apple. When you make purchases:

• Payment information is collected and processed by Apple, not by us
• We receive only confirmation of your subscription status from Apple
• We may store information about your subscription status to provide access to premium features
• We do not have access to your full payment details such as credit card information
